Needs a rewrite for Rails 2.1.

I loaded it into Git: http://github.com/jcnetdev/simpleticket

Email me and I'll add you as a collaborator. Should be an easy app to revamp, and its a pretty useful one as well.

I couldn't get this working despite pulling my hair out. Architel has abandoned development, and posted taunting comments on their company blog for frustrated would be users about how SimpleTicket is "the most complex ticket system you will never see!" Nice.

You might want to look at the date on that "taunting comment"

SimpleTicket, the a Ruby on Rails based trouble ticket system released as an open source project.

Allows you to deploy a nice looking ticket submitting interface for your clients, and provides an admin interface to manage resolution of these tickets with multiple engineers.
