This app is amazing. Only 2 problems:
- Uses Rails 1.xx
- On SVN
With a few upgrades, and moving things over to github, this app could turn into one of the most useful open source rails apps.

It's been imported to GitHub ( the 2.0 version )
On SourceForge:
"OpenMind is pleased to announce the release of v2.2. OpenMind 2.2 upgrades Ruby on Rails to 2.1.1, and fixes a variety of minor defects."
So, we just need to rehost the 2.2 version on GitHub and away we go!

FYI, I've just posted version 2.5. This release adds a host of new features. It also addresses some of the items requested in previous comments --
OpenMind 2.5 is updated to use the latest version of rails, 2.3
I've also brought this over to a GitHub repository. I will be turning off the sourceforge version of it shortly. Please check out the official github project at http://github.com/spob/openmind.
I welcome any other comments and suggestions.
