Though it doesn't seem to be ready for prime time yet I think this app is a good start.

A few things right off the top of my head that are needed.

1. Highlighting on the "calendar page" to show which weeks contain scheduling data and the calendar page should automatically adjust so first week shown is the current week. Have an "archive" link or something for information on past weeks.

2. Needs time entry helpers and screens for making it easy to enter "repetitive shift" information.

3. Needs a way for employees to be entered into the system if they don't have internet access. This app would be great for a McDonald's or a Wendy's but not all the employees there would have internet access. Manager would print and post the weekly schedule for those individuals but the time it would take to keep employee information current would be a barrier. Need some way to dump this information from existing personnel files.

4. Also needs more error notices. I tried entering some schedule information and it didn't take. I'm pretty sure it was because I didn't enter the times in the correct format but I didn't get any error messages when I did that.
