Retrospectiva Details
Retrospectiva is a web-based, minimalistic and intuitive management tool for software development projects based on the excellent RubyOnRails framework. It follows the Use-Now-Adapt-Later approach by offering an immediate, complete and fully usable system straight-away, bypassing long set-up and configuration procedures. On the other hand, it gives the more advanced users the opportunity to adapt the product to their specific requirements using a variety of configurations options in a later stage.

http://retrospectiva.org is a dead link.
PS. I appreciate what you're doing with this site as a noobie.
Minor interface complaint. The button in this edit window says "Edit Comment", it should probably read "Submit Changes." And the three choices, delete, submit, and cancel should be together.
I do appreciate having the ability to completely delete the comment. A feature that is missing on too many (almost all) sites.
Returns are working either, that is, no paragraphs are being created..

I confirm the problem with the demo link being dead.
And I agree with mtnbiker. The "Edit Comment" button below the comment editing window should read "submit changes" or something like that.
The download option seems to be ok. It downloads something but I didn't take the time to open up what was downloaded to see if it was the right stuff.
Also the "screenshots" functionality is very annoying.
You click on a screen and it pops up in the main window but you only see a small portion of the screen and there are no scroll bars. Either resize the screen to fit the view window or give us some scroll bars to work with.
But other than all those things... great job railsjedi.

Here in Retrospectiva are some duplicate screenshots. You'd save some bandwith by eliminating them.
