Nice app. Does everything it needs to. Smooth UI. I prefer it over MANY other ticketing systems. Good work guys and/or gals.

What are the keys to internationalize ticket mule ?
I mean to define into the .yml file.

Nice application, clean interface and pretty easy to customize. Definitely recommend.

@FF...no i18n was implemented. I'll look into that though. What language are you interested in?

@TMac...I'm glad you could use it.

Got it deployed on Heroku/S3. Simple and easy to customize. There are two minor SQL statements that Postgres doesn't like (HAVING clause). Easy fix.

You know what would be nice? I time field for each comment, to specify minutes/hours. Could be an easy mod (I am learning Ruby as we go). :-)

@Sergio

What kind of time field do you mean? Like a time tracking feature?

Also, the sql corrections you had to make...are they database agnostic? Can the current code be corrected so it is database agnostic? That'd be a nice goal to reach anyway.

Nice work on getting it deployed on Heroku...and with Heroku being a read-only file system, was the configuration for ticketmule a huge pain in backside?

Spanish.
By the way, I think like @Tmac. Very nice and clean interface with a funcionality working fine.
