This app is pretty ancient (by rails standards). I'll see if I can update it to Rails 2.1.

instiki in the current version (0.17) runs on rails 2.3.2

Instiki is a basic wiki clone so pretty and easy to set up, you’ll wonder if it’s really a wiki. Instiki may not have all the features of the competitors, but what it does it does very well indeed.
